Who's The Program For?

-Adults (18 years old +) impacted by developmental and intellectual disabilities.

• Participant must be independent with toileting and eating skills.

• We are not staffed to support adults needing 1:1 support or aggressive behaviors and/or medical needs.

We are staffed to care for adults at a 1:5 ratio.

NEW FAMILIES MUST HAVE AN INTAKE FORM COMPLETED
